I integrate my skills as a Craniosacral Therapist, Yoga/Somatics Movement teacher, and HeartMath practitioner to provide a combination of therapeutic touch skills, movement, and self regulatory practices. Combined, these powerful tools promote mindfulness, integration, health, resilience, and healing of body and mind.

Body Therapy sessions are completely tailored to each individual, based on the therapeutic principles of embodiment, relationship, mindfulness, movement, and integration. My work as a body therapist is trauma-informed, and I have a rich toolbox to draw from. Together we construct sessions based on your personal needs and goals. I work with clients from a body-centred approach who want to:

Improve posture and move better
Develop a healthy relationship with their body
Reduce and manage stress, anxiety and low mood.
Manage pain
Engage in mindfulness training
Improve emotional self-regulation

Body therapy is delivered in a series of 4 sessions so that we can work together over time to establish the right tools and approaches that work for you.

You can sign up for a series of 4 sessions only, or continue to build upon the initial 4 sessions with another series.

Cost: £240 for initial 4 session series, and £200 for ongoing series
Initial session is 1.5 hours and proceeding sessions 1 hour
